MPs and MLAs from Damoh

Damoh doesn’t have any Vidhan Sabha constituency, but it does have one Lok Sabha constituency. This constituency is one of the 39 constituencies in Madhya Pradesh state. It not only covers entire  Damoh District but also parts of Sagar and Chhatarpur Districts. The last Lok Sabha elections were held in April 2014 and the winning candidate from Damoh constituency was Prahlad Singh Patel from Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP). Prahlad Singh Patel is constitutionally bounded to spend ‘development fund’ on his constituency, which he’d be receiving from Union Government of India.
